Our Story

Mat & Aubrey met in 2014 while opening one of their favorite restaurants, Culinary Dropout. At the time Mat oversaw beverage for all of the Fox Concepts and Aubrey was joining the team as an opening bartender. Quickly they aligned on a similar sense of humor, energy and entrepreneurial spirit. Shortly after, they began training new teams together as new bars and restaurants opened across America.

Whether it was Nashville or Dallas, Santa Monica or Miami, they would often find ice cold beer and enjoy it together. The thought was simple: America Loves Cold Beer. Why not make one that we can share with everyone in America? Cold beer is synonymous with a good time; it pairs well with 4:59pm; it loves being thrown from one boat to another under the summer sunshine.
